How to increase muscle mass and fitness CV?
Right, I have 14 years and I am fit and I am toned everywhere. I wanted to increase the size of my muscles - mostly biceps, triceps, abs and pecks (I think that is what is called: p) I eat very healthy (as long as I have, not only lately due to the government, etc) and I have a high metabolism - I was told that runs in the family. I also like to increase my fitness CV, for which type of running to do, for how long, how fast, etc. I would also like excise duty work areas mentioned previously: How do you exercise? how many reps? How long should I rest? Any warm up and down tips? I have no access to a gym only weight and as usual that is lying around the house. I also wonder if anyone knows of any protein snacks and things you can eat. Whenever I have at least 2 glasses of milk a day - a habit little since I was young. Thanks for all the help = D
This is what I do, I was right. Dungbells get a little (im 13 and I have some) have the heaviest then do 10 on each arm. After that a drink or eat something off with high protein (I recommend fish) and then make 20 in each arm and eating something with the energy to try a banana and move on 10s, just to remind others, so you do not tear the muscle
