HELP I've never been to a gym before?
I just signed up and I lose a pound a few, the tone and work on my abs. What machines should be used and what exercises should I do? Basically I just need all the information I can get since I'm new at this. I have 23 115 pounds a woman and I just had a baby a few months ago if that helps.
i can simplify things for you here .. if you want to lose weight or need 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times per week .. if you want defined muscles and muscle u need to pedestrians and use weight machines ... 30 to 40 minutes 3-4 times a week .. do repetitions of 10 to 12 or higher ... also to get their base back and ab strength ... do situps ..... and using ab machines ... also reduce carbohydrates or eating .. eat only enough energy ... and eat more protein ....
