What is the best fitness club or diet of a woman of 24 years of age?
I was looking online at Weight Watchers, total fitness Bally and curves.They all look so good. I want a combo to go to a gym with a personal trainer and someone who will teach me about healthy eating, because I want this to be a lifestyle change.I am confused because there are so many options out there. I have the hope of losing 50 pounds or help more.Please
