We want abs fast. Why is it that most people do not do it? Some of you may be working hard and trying to watch what you eat. So why so little results?

There are three main reasons why people donâ € ™ t Lose Weight and do not get those abdominal muscles.

1. They are working on the right track.
2. They are not eating properly
3. No mental focus

In this article I will be talking about number two reason, to eat properly. There are many confusion when it comes to dieting. No wonder, with so much misinformation out there on the last â € ~ € ™ fada diets, pills thinners, and supplements, people have become confused when it comes to fat loss.
