I have only a sandbag and I wonder what kind of routines to do, to improve fitness and strength punch?

I do not know different types of strokes, for all the answers in simplest terms possible please! Thanks to everyone who responded, that's really helpful. Happy New Year New!

You do not worry about what kind of hits now, one stroke without stopping for 1 minute and then rest, then click again and then stops. Finally up to 2 minutes later, three minutes. You will have a great workout. Happy New Year.
