I'm working on my six-pack abs and too lazy to do a workout that targeting lower abs. any easy exercise?

So anytime i suck in my abs, the fat part is always at the lowest abs and it's unflattering. Is there any easy lower abs workout that targeting primarily at the lower abs and obliques? because whenever i do a lower abs exercise it's always tiring and usually decided to stop after 10 reps due to its high demand of perfect posture and energy
just for information. i'm already quite skinny. 165cm/57kg. the only problem is that all my fat seems to accumulate at one place.my lower abs and the love handles. so will crunch like exercise could eliminate those annoying fats? or should i do more cardio exercise?

Only when you do it wrong can you feel the pain.
