not to lose weight, and I'm doing well for weight watchers?

I have been on weight watchers for 2 weeks, follow the food guide, I have a food calculator, I started an exercise program, drinking 6 glasses of water, and no, I'm 160 pounds, i take medication for depression and anxiety luvux clonazapam and I have to lose about 30 pounds and is expected to miss at least a few kilos. eat delicious meals my family while I count my intake and can not eat anything. please help, I am very discouraged !!!!! I've allowed 21 points a day, and I can not think of anything else to do to lose weight, exercise, and I need your opinion. Help! my sister is in weight watchers too, and lost 5 pounds the first week and then an additional 2 pounds per week after that, I'm doing exactly as she, s doing, but nothing.

It may be a tougher battle for you, because the same problems suffered by you and she dropped 200 to 135 in one year. She takes medication and is back to normal. But it was tough.
