Since last 2 and half years I am sitting at home because of an accident(no brain injury was involved)?
I am still at home ,but since last month or so I have observed decline in my intelligence.like i feel my understanding of concepts and writings in books,newspapers has weakened.here also I feel I am not as sharp as I was before.
generally I feel less sharp than before ,my routine activities are to exercise (brisk walking) ,play chess online ,read books and come here at yahoo.
sitting at home is this the reason for decline in my intelligence.
btw I am 27 yrs old
It's not too late for that, I tell you. Why not invite some friends to come over at your house and you guys could talk. You said you're reading, right? So your vocabulary must be good.
Actually, in learning and or in stimulating your brain, there must be interaction. But then since you're at home most often, then it's nice to chat online, meet friends as long as you have the interaction.
