Notes:
- minimum of 20 minutes cardio 3 times per week (treadmill, climber, rower, bike, jogging, skipping, etc)
- stretching should be done before and after every workout or cardio session
- if cardio is not done at start then be sure to warm-up 5 minutes before starting (i.e. break a sweat)
- do abs and hypers with each workout
- progressive resistance
- increase weight with each set
- first set should be easy
- last set should be real hard
- try to increase weight proportionally (eg for bench, add 10s for each set)
