fitness testing?
i dont Independant P.E. at my school and i got fitness testing tomorro. we have to run a mile and im not that good at long distance. tips for mile running?im fine with the rest of the testing
Just listen to your body and don't go too fast to begin with. The best thing to do is to begin steady, relax and control your breathing, then if you feel you can speed up then do so. Save a little bit of energy for the last bit, then really push yourself and don't let your body give up, you have more mental strength than you think
