Workouts to tone and slim butt and thighs during pregnancy?
I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant. Before pregnancy I was 110 pounds and very in-shape and toned and I've gained 18 pounds so far...luckily, I've gained most of it all in my belly and breats, but some of the weight has gone to my butt and thighs and I really want them to slim back down so the only thing I have to worry about tightening up after birth is my abs. I've already asked my doctor if I can exersice and she says that since I have a normal and complication free pregnancy I can do any workout plan I want to do as long as I don't over-exert myself or do anything that might cause trauma to my belly. Does anyone know of any workouts I can do at home that'll help slim down and tone up my butt and thighs? My husband and I take walks every night with our dogs, will that help?
Do Squats: 3 sets of 25

Remember to work your way up to the sets and reps shown. Start out with one set of 15 of each exercise and increase from there.
Do this Three times a week with a full day of rest between workouts.
Walking everyday is great.
