Best ways to get a good cardio workout, while home alone with a 1 year old?
My son is one and my husband is out of town our car just so I'm alone with him. We have a jogging stroller but not in a good area to use. My cardio fitness is suffering. Moms, how do you get a good workout trying to see a baby at this age?
I'm (obviously) is not a mother. However, I would suggest something along the lines of a training video if you have a game room where you can keep it close and entertaining. A good example (I'm gonna be myself heading) is the X-P90 system. Expensive, but I have several friends who have had good results from it. It gives you the option to do more cardio, more muscle training, or good balance.
