Trouble with 24 Hour Fitness?
My gym sucks. The owner/manager or whoever does not really take good care of it. I've emailed them off their website and never get a response and since it's an online form, there is no tracking or notice that I sent an email.
Does anyone have an actual email address for members to go to when the gym is not responsive?
There has to be a higher place in which to file complaints.

Have you tried going to the BBB? Me personally since i like to be passive aggressive at times like this I would call your local news station that handles complaints. Here is an example of what I mean.
