I need to tone up for summer!?
Alright, so here is the deal.
I have an ED, and I currently post-hospital/feeding tube and doing well physically. I am in my healthy weight range, and I want to stay there. I want to fully recover and I want to kick this, but I also want to tone up.
I am 5'4'' and weigh 110 pounds.
I want to tone my stomach, arms, legs, and butt. I know spot reducing is impossible, but I was wondering if anyone has any tips, exercises, routines, youtube videos, pilates websites, or ANYTHING that they have found helps to reduce/tone this area.

Try enrolling in a local pilates type class. Each session only lasts about and hour and they aren't too expensive. My stomach and arms have really firmed up and it really helps shape your bum.
