What do you think of my weekly training plan?
I pretty much do this every week .... ive lost 28 pounds now weigh 121 pounds and 5ft3 ... i eat around of 1200-1300 calories a day ... i will continue to lose weight or are just kept ... I do not mind if I stay in the same weight or lose a little more .. two swimming times a week for an hour and a half walk an hour twice a week at a brisk 15 minutes on the tape twice a week lol my emergency training, which includes 20 push-ups 70 abs, weights, leg raises, side leg lifts, stretches ... i do this twice a week ... Oh ill be fasting for three weeks due to reasons religious ... fasted for 13 hours ... my level of exercise will be lowered to a minimum due to the lack of energy naturally ... so hopefully i dont weight gain ... already I will not be eating any junk food filled only healthy food ...
You do not lose weight fasting? I think it's very good but not over it you should be able to detect when it is too thin. It's not always about weight, whether as muscle is heavier than fat. Its how you look and feel. It sound really good, and if I was not so lazy, I copy it
