My fitness level has recently gone down a lot, how to get as fit as I was before?
I have not been very careful about my diet and especially my exercise and fitness for a while. I haven't done any exercise (except walking) for a few weeks and haven't been following my exercise program for 2-3 months.
I want to get my fitness level to what it was before (which was at a pretty good level) but I am wondering how I can do this quickly. I can't just go back to my original exercise program because I wouldn't be able to keep up. How long do you think it'll take and please give me specific advice and what I can do. Please answer if you know anything that'll help. Thanks!
I am NOT interested in loosing weight at all, I want to improve my fitness. I'm not overweight at all. Also, I mentioned earlier that I can't go back to my original program because I can't entirely keep up.
