What is the best way to lose a pants size in a week?
I have not many options for exercise, I have only one ball fitness. and tasks. As for diet, I could either starve or eat nothing but junk and my weight is Activia .... What do you suggest? I mean, yes, I have other food ... but not very healthy things. as donuts and other things. junk food. my reason is that I bought some shorts and stuff for the beach, and I do not really fit in them. are of normal size I get for me, and I really could lose weight.
Lol I know, but a few months ago, I started to exercise, but stopped (school work too: P) But I'll tell you what I did for that day or week two.Maybe? I Cannot remember.lol anywayss: Ran.lol as running / jogging composed most exercise.When I got tired fast walk (and I have asthma, so I hafta know my limits, because I suck like a challenge myself and test my limits: P)) so if I was really so tired, I'd walk at a pace even slower, but not stop. I would like do that for about 20 minutes. After that, I would put 3-5 minutes on one side to sit ups / crunches / six inches.I not set a specific number for it. Instead, I did as much as I could in a regular rhythm / pace during this period. After a break of two minutes for the water, I ran for another 20 minutes. After that, I, 5 minutes aside to push-ups/weights (I prefer turn fat into muscle and tone up, just about three dollars a pound, I think.) Then another break.Then I repeat the process over 1-2 hours. It is not so bad if only yourself.And I listened to music rhythm of the music that made me whole time.Just stimulated, as BMTH stretch me too lol xD before / after of the exercise and at night.
