Best game for Nintendo Wii-related fitness?
Im brand spanking new Nintendo Wii play. I switched my PS3 and my CM games where for me to be in better shape. I do not necessarily want to exercise in front of the tv but my girlfriend. So I'm looking for a game to her. Also, I would like to find a Wii game need to calculate my weight, body mass index, caloric intake, etc. So you can help direct me towards a better healthy lifestyle. I need a game that will help me to report what they must do to tone and lose my beer belly. Any suggestions? What is the Wii Fit?
Your best bet is to try first Wii Fit (Wii Fit Plus is the latest version). It has all those things bmi, calories that you want as well, which has numerous exercises. Wii Fit is a game for the Wii, so try to exercise and help you stay in shape -> Suggestions and progress trackers. You need the Wii Fit board with it, so that can detect these things. There are plenty of other games for the wii fitness, but I would start with Wii Fit
