I can How to lose weight?
Im 17, I'm 5'7 and weighs 124 pounds (8 stone 10 pounds) I want to lose 5 pounds. I am currently the Kellogs' k drop a jean size special 'challenge, so I'm eating two cups a day, with a main meal eaten at lunchtime, which is usually a salad Weighwatchers prepared food or tuna, with fruit between meals. I have also started an exercise regime, swimming for an hour once a week and do a fitness dvd for one hour three times a week. sitting and doing crunches on the other days. when is the best time to fix it? before my main meal or the evening? and, How long will it take to lose those five pounds! message, please back me these guys!
