Do I need sugery to get rid of this flabby loose skin on my belly left after Pregnancy?

My son is now 8 months old...I am 25 about 5'1 he was a 10 pound baby. I am left with Horrible stretch marks saggy wrinkled skin very thin feeling like an old womens!! Im so miserable. Every one tells me to work out but I feel this wont help so I get depressed and dont do it. I used to run 4 miles a day work out my abs about 15 min everyday. But I was on bed rest during my pregnancy now I can't even walk that far without breaking a sweat.

I gained 70lbs during my pregnancy!!!! I've lost 30 by doing nothing pretty much. Please if anyone has changed there body I would love to hear a success story or some advice.

You had a big baby, you must give yourself some time. Start off by slowing walking, and each day going a bit further. (Put your son in the pram and take him with), Then once you can walk without getting breathless, then take it a bit further. You could even start going back to the gym. Wait until you have lost more weight and then see what your stomach looks like. I have heard a lot of success stories where loose skin has been removed. Give yourself time, and you shouldnt get depressed. You had a big baby, and he should be worth more than your tum. It took me a year to lose all my weight. My boy was 9.5oz. I picked up 50lb.
